Returning a Book

If you'd like to return a book, please send it back to us with care. Once we receive your return, we'll arrange your refund in line with our returns policy.
For returns where you've simply changed your mind, return postage is usually your responsibility.

Something Wrong with Your Order?

We want your books to arrive safely and in the condition you expect. If your book arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us at hello@framibooks.com. If possible, include a photograph to help us understand the problem.
We'll look into the issue and do our best to put things right.
